The lack of theming on the ride was intended because thats exactly what its supposed to be...a rollercoaster. plain and simple.

  • Former Werner's Dinner House, Victoriaphotos (guest) wrote 18 years ago:
my grandmother, Mary, was the waitress who had served in the back room and she worked there for 30 years. She was Helen Werner's best friend. I have a picture of her in her dining room. I spent most of my childhood in the 60's at werner's when my grandma was at work. I went to work with her on the weekends and helped make the pies with "Farris". I was also a bus girl when I turned 9. The only people who worked there longer was Helen Werner herself. So many great memories..so sad that the restaurant had to close down. Thanks for sharing and remembering it! Victoria

Had a nice Prime Rib "Birthday" Dinner here and I used a Coupon from the Website; also, I surely hope that Tiffy's can compete with this particular Restaurant.
